Lake City's luck takes a turn for the worse on Friday

It was a good run, but Lake City unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on December 20. They fell 58-49 to the Keenan Raiders.
Despite the loss, Lake City still got an impressive performance from Hannah Riles, who posted 21 points and seven boards. That was a full 42.9% of Lake City's points, marking the third time in a row she's put up more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Na'Shira Starks, who had eight points and ten rebounds.
Lake City's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Keenan, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
Lake City will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Hartsville at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Keenan, they are taking a road trip to challenge Bishop England at 1:45 p.m. on December 30th.
